Long hot Baths
A calming hot bath at the end of my day is essential; there is nothing better to de-stress and relax. I love lots of foaming bath bubbles with soothing scents which calm the senses, like Sicilian lemon, bergamot, and pomegranate or milk thistle. My Bath float does the trick.
